Real Deal : Gurkhas of British Army

While peace finally came to Nepal in 2006, in Afghanistan the war that began in 2001 on the United States, continued to rage on. In 2007 the 1st Battalion Royal Gurkha Rifles were deployed to Afghanistan, where they served with distinction.

Gurkhas from C Company 1st Battalion The Royal Gurkha Rifles cross a ditch during a mission from Patrol Base 2 in the Nahr-e Saraj region of Helmand province, Afghan. The patrol was conducted with soldiers from the Afghan National Army (ANA) during Operation Moshtarak.

A Gurkha from 1 Battalion Royal Gurkha Rifles is pictured providing security for Royal Engineers constructing a new road called Trident. The road will allow greater movement for the local Afghan population.

Why boys like to run around shooting each other with projectile weapons ? It just darn cool if you would ask me, same goes for other grown up boys (men) I guessed. But how fun is fun, when you're in the 'real deal'. A bullet in your body might potentially end your life, not as in Paintball and Airsoft. How would these real world military personnel, security contractors, mercenaries and etc. perceive it ? Its not fun anymore when your life is on the line, its a coin toss between 2 possibilities, return home safely or get injured or worst killed in the firefight. Scary to most, but that's life as we know it. For the rest of us, we embraced the courage and honor those who are serving in this line of duty, salute. I'll be posting about them as we move on, stay put.

Tippman X-7 Marker

We're considering a team marker that can be customize based on a variety range of real world assault rifles. For ex. famous M4/AR platform, AK, HK, SCAR, SIG etc. Tippman latest X-7 Marker is by standard so far, the best offering in the market today. But again, where the hell can we get it ? Tired of using old and cranky, frequently jammed marker at the range. Oh well, hopefully it will be available for our reach soon, finger crossed, furthermore paintball is not yet viral in Malaysia, I believe sooner or later it will be available locally (rental not owned). These are some of the variations or customization mods that are possible with Tippman X-7. These are mainstream configuration, and it is already darn cool !

We're Back !

After the team was scattered due to work/job assignment for 2 years, we're now together again in another state, another paintball battlefield to battle in, another round of never ending andrenalin rush and bruises as we fight our way forward ! Our potential new playing field here in Melaka, but it just open so lets see how it goes.
